We QA are no longer supposed to choose any feedback type, just fix it. Not sure if this person wasn't told that, or if it's that slip of the finger thing--you know, alt + o for okay, if it's just o, omission comes up. I don't know why they brought this back at all. Nobody likes it, MTs or QAS. We just want to fill in our blanks and fix this or that and hope the MT reads their feedback somewhere along the line.
