I love QASAR because I can see what was suposed to be in the blanks I had to leave, BUT.... it absolutely incenses me when I leave a blank because I cannot hear or understand a word or phrase, after listening to it multiple times, losing line count to listen over and over, mind you!, changing the volume, the speed, the tone, everything possible -- and then to see the QA marker of CRITICAL ERROR and the blank described as omitted dictation or incorrect dictation!!!!
It was not omitted!!! It was marked for QA because the word was unintelligible - I did NOT just leave out a word and type on merrily!!!
I know, technically, the dictation was omitted because the word needed was not there, BUT, I think this should not be considered critical when a blank was left to alert QA to a need to help!
Okay, now I've vented and I feel calmer, at least until the next CRITICAL - DICTATION OMITTED error I receive.
