That you will be exposed to way more than 2 accts on a very routine basis.
Last summer MQ's upper management decided that we needed a constant supply of work in case our primary accts ran out and so they devised this plan that if our primary accts ran out of work that we would have a neverending supply of work from literally everywhere.
It seriously shows what a lack of insight they have as to what their clients and employees need.
Clients need their acct to be properly staffed with a core group of MTs to be able to truly master the acct.
Employees need to feel that they are doing a good job and able to make money, neither of which, IMO, we feel we are able to accomplish when in the cesspool.
MQ has never been able to properly staff accts...and now with the cesspool they don't have to. |
