MQ has always supplied my computer, no charge. Are they charging you for your computer? They shouldn't be. That changed a few years ago; I think when the rewards system was introduced in 2006 (or maybe even before that). I used to have my own computer and then it crashed. They sent me just a hard drive, but eventually I ended up with all of their equipment. I remember reading something that said there would no longer be rental charges for their equipment, that they would supply and maintain it. |
