I guess I could change my hours also, but I've done that, too, many years go. When they put me on the DocQScribe platform, which I was one of the lucky ones to be picked, I was told you will be guaranteed work on this platform and your line count will triple. HAH! Not with client profiles to read. They said just straight left flush typing. This is not a transcription-friendly company any more (or was it to begin with, I don't remember) and when everybody realizes that and starts to band together, the better we will be - they have us all at home for a reason. We can't even get a conference call together to discuss things, except Shands and who exactly wants to discuss Shands, I've been begging to get off that account for months...I'm tier 3 and need tier 3 reports. So changing schedules and being extremely disciplined, been there, done that, what next? I am open to suggestions... |
