I have been with MQ for 14 years and I am doing just fine. Granted, there have been many changes and some times the job is stressful, but in this day and age, aren't most jobs stressful? Take what you can with a grain of salt from this board, because not everyone is unhappy as it sounds here. Like I said before, if you make it at MQ and learn what you need to know, you can work anywhere with the experience you gain from MQ. Good luck!
