all over the country. I have been with MQ for over 14 years and like many feel I should have earned my own accounts and my own schedule, which I do faithfully. Like many I too dread getting up now to go work. It is not just all the many different accounts, but the quality of the dictations and the dictators are terrible. I have so far been able to keep up my required line count, but it is way down from the good ole days. I just wanted to hold out maybe 5 more years, but this is just becoming too miserable. I do expect a few horrible dictations throughout the day, but not one right after the other. |
Normally I had at least 5 accounts I was doing, and lately it has been well over 20 - sm - cd
