I have been a faithful employee for over 15 years, always worked my schedule, etc. etc. I have now been titled a noncompliant employee because I cannot meet my line count per hour (missing it by 6 lines), however, I have not typed my primary accounts in I don't know when and when I spoke with Barbara VS, she could not give me an answer as to what was going on. I used to work on 1 account and could hit way over 1300 lines in 6 hours no prob and now I have to work on 22 accounts and can't even hit 1100 lines, come on MQ - somebody knows what's going on and you're definitely not telling your employees! I've worked my 10, 12, 16 hour shifts 10 years ago, I feel I shouldn't have to do that anymore. Labor law, ya know? I do have a family to consider outside of my job like everybody else in this crazy game. If I sound a little negative, you got it - I am just a little PO at this point. I get no response from supervisors, no response from the uppers and I'm the one who is noncompliant :( WOW, time to start thinking about starting over from the bottom again.
