My personal computer died about 5 years ago and I was desperate. I really didn't want to rent a computer from them, but really needed to be able to rely on them if the system went down for some reason so I could always work (my husband was in the Middle East/military at the time and I had no one to help me if things went down, 'cause I'm a computer idiot). Anyway it was a Godsend. I've used their computer ever since and it's my lifeline to the world. It's all I've got. And if they were monitoring it, I'd be screwed.
