Well, with all the crap that is said on this board, I was getting a little nervous. I received an email from management and I believe my job is quite secure right now. Outsourcing offshore is up to the client, not CBay. We are NOT working with CBay but are actually in competition with them. As stated in the email many of our customers specify in their contracts that their transcription work may not be sent overseas. I don't know about the rest of you, but I'm not worried anymore. The pool may suck at times, but at least I always have work.  |
