in this thread, you will understand. You obviously did not read them before you replied. CBay (before purchase the MQ shares) fired all of their US QA staff. The QA work is now done by folks in India. Speculation and rumor is that Cbay will eventually do the same with the MQ QA staff. CBay is looking to make profits...they don't give a darn about U.S. folks and whether they have jobs or not. CBay is in the process of hiring 100s of new MTs and QA staff IN INDIA. Just look at their CBay India website. They obviously intend to get rid of the US people and send whatever work they can to India.
