Please keep in mind that you are receiving reports that are typed by MTs in the cesspool as well as many MTs with little experience. You will also be receiving reports from multiple accounts per shift, dictated by multiple dictators.
I personally have found it to be very difficult to meet the required quota on a regular basis. Because there are so many new MTs, I get lots of 100% QA reports. This is not taken into consideration at the end of the pay period when your supe wants to know why you failed to meet production.
QASAR will also slow you down as you have to choose a 'reason' code for every blank and every correction that you make. Many reports that I get have more than 30 blanks.
I think that these are the worst conditions possible, and nobody seems to care. They pretend that their focus in on quality but it is quite obvious that their focus in on quantity. They expect you to meet production at any cost.
I refuse to send crap to the clients and am not meeting production. I am seeking employment elsewhere. The company that I interviewed with last week only requires 6 reports per hour, and there is no QASAR or anything similar. I would not recommend a QA position at MQ to anyone. ...just my opinion.
