Of course health care costs are a problem, of course lawsuits are a problem, and on and on. These things are not new problems. There are endless excuses. Until the government steps in and MAKES these companies keep jobs in this country, they are not going to do it on their own regardless of what kind of tax breaks and incentives they get.
