1.5 times your base rate, it is TIME (base rate)AND A HALF. In other words, your base rate plus 1/2 your base rate=if you make 10 cents a line (right!), you get 15 cents a line for lines done on a holiday. If you are making 60K as you say, then you are doing quite well indeed and should stay as long as you can, although in reality it will be limited and you probably will not find another job where you can make 60K, so you should seriously HANG ON FOR DEAR LIFE TO MQ UNTIL YOU GET THE PHONE CALL, but 60k is not the average with MQ unless you simply have no life and can work constantly. Everyone can have an opinion and yours is yours. This board is a way for MTs to vent and discuss amongst each other. So, if you are tired of hearing it, I guess you don't have to read it. |
