Yes, MT is a 50 billion dollar business. U.S. MTs do tend to under value themselves (me included). I would call around, but if exp MTs are making 8-10 cpl, you bet MTSO's are making 13-15. List your co here, and you might even get the same personnel to follow you. GOOD LUCK!
