Employers love that, as it shows pure loyalty and staying power.  MTSOs for sure understand, so you don't have to go into horrible details of why you're leaving. The fact that you hung in there for 20 years is a plus for any future employer.   Also shows you were a quality worker, or they would not have kept you for all that time.  Feel the power!
