just because you work on a network in India, doesnt mean you can't copy or cut and paste data onto a disk or flash card.
Besides, U.S. based work, although done in our homes, are done on company computers on a web based program downloaded to a company file server, and nothing, nothing is saved on our hard drive.
Moreover, there has NOT been one case, where an American transcriber ever sold or attempt to sell confidential information. But, a Pakistani transcriber did and here is the link.
