The AAMT has never been the MTs friend. They started out as a bunch of fancy women executive wannabes who voted themselves awards and awarded themselves huge salaries and treated the in the trenches MTs very badly. They are just as guilty as the Howard Hoffmanns of the world who think of us only as typing monkeys or mommies in jammies who can be replaced at any time. The AAMT is not now nor has it ever been the MT's friend. |
