Anyone who thinks that any hospital would not go with the MT company who charges the least amount of money for their services has their heads in the sand. That is what HMOs are best at, saving money. CBay can charge way less than U.S. companies (MQ) because their Indian employees work cheaper, bottom line. You really think these big corporations that own most hospitals care about quality over money, care about where the transcription is done? I think not.
Look around, almost everything you buy now is manufactured in another country and the quality is far inferior than when these products were made in the U.S., and are not any cheaper for us to buy even though these corporations are raking in the money due to lower production costs. The corporations who own the health care industry have no borders and are only interested in the bottom line, not quality of product. Welcome to the One-World Order!
