hype stuff. They very rarely offer incentives (at least not on my account). They just pay you well from the get-go and their dictators are instructed to dictate clearly. I have only 1 dictator that I have a really difficult time with and it's because of her specialty -- genetics. I'm not that familiar with all the different syndromes and lab tests they run and she goes kind of fast. I have no problem understanding the other stuff she dictates, so I know it's just not my area of expertise.
I don't really have a lot of ESLs, either, but they do speak clearly and slowly. I guess they must realize their report is only as good as they dictate.
They are now working on dividing the work based on specialty on my account (it's a large peds hospital), so I will actually have primary specialties within my primary account -- pretty neat, huh? MQ could stand to take a few lessons from them. |
