I've had plenty of work, not too much ESL. I do acute care, I think there's a lot more work in that than clinic work or other. Also, there are two platforms, one you use their equipment, the other you use your own. I use their equipment because I have heard the platform is better, and the work more plentiful. They have 5 tiers, they pay the most for tier 5, which is a high ESL level. I wanted tier level 4, all acute care work, still better pay than I was making for MQ, but about 30% ESL, which isn't bad. No ASR at all on the account I'm doing, but if you do have acute care ASR they pay 2 cpl less than your regular pay. Excellent incentive program.
I haven't been able to find one negative about this company, although I've only been there a month. I |
