I signed on for 1000 lines per day 5 days a week, and I rarely run out of work.  The 1 or 2 times I came up short, I just tried to make it up later in the week, but no one was concerned about it and I didn't ask for another account.  I didn't mind the break and it's not an everyday occurence. We have a 24-hour window, not 12, and I don't think they outsource (but I could be wrong). The minimum count required per day is 700 lines.  I think if you want to work less than that, they don't pay as much (like maybe 7 cpl).
