Do you suppose anyone from management would look at the job ads for some of these companies and see they are offering 12 hour windows and 35 hour work week? I wish they would call these companies and see just how many of their employees are switching over because of these benefits. I personally am thinking about Medscribe or Webmedx specifically for the 12 hour window flexibility. I don't care if I have to punch a clock, as long as I have a little scootchability with my work day. Also love the idea of doing 35 hours per week to get benefits.
I hate to leave the main account I have been doing for 10 years now, but I am sure these other companies have large facilities also. I like the variety of a large assortment of physicians and work types. Could not stand to work for a little 300 bed facility again where the most exciting surgery you would get was a ruptured appendix or exlap.
Please, if management is lurking here, check it out. This would be a benefit you could give us at no cost to yourselvels (and I know that is important) and we would greatly appreciate. After all, one of the things we kept repeatedly listing on your surveys was flexibility as a key issue.
Through blitering now. Have a good day. |
