I grandfathered into the Q about 1999 when my company got bought out. I worked for them at the line rate I had when they bought the company for about a year or so. I then asked for a pay raise and they said I was at the top of the tier and would not get anymore than that. I was making 10 cents when I grandfathered in and 10 cents is the top of tier 3. I'm not even a tier 3, am a tier 2. So, even with that I am now doing 98% ASR and make even less. I feel like it is a bonus when I actually get to type a report. Soon, am going somewhere where they appreciate us MTs better. Just waiting on new computer to arrive. Can't wait to give notice. |
