Raises are being looked at at least by my PS and management. They all need to be reviewed and if all requirements are met they are given out. This is right from my PS's mouth who read the requirement list off to me--about 20 points have to be met including Qnet profile updated, works set schedule, meets production, QA issues, works extra hours when needed, no unexcused absences or defaulting on committed hours, no excessive abandoning or breaking jobs, etc., etc. The process is long and a lot of paperwork according to PS. |
