I know it is time consumimg, since it seems that the ASR reports are not learning quite as quick as possible, but if you have to cut and paste, if there is a QA marker, only highlight up to the marker and then set your audio to the same spot to reset the marker, then cut and paste the remaining text. Always make sure you keep track of your audio and then move to where you last were and so on and so on. It is a pain, but it works.
