Now, you know, I DID notice that it is a web-based program and that, yes, indeed the reports are uploaded, but thank you so much for clarifying it for me.
One point - I never said the MTs were being malicious -- I could see people doing this trying to be helpful.
I also disagree with this as heavy-handedness and controlling from MQ -- they have a legal obligation to protect HPI, as well as advise us on their positiosn regarding sites that might be used for information.
I just re-read the e-mail - it says SHOULD stop using the sitse and gives reasons why. It does not say MUST not go to these websites ... (granted, the word forbidden in the title is a bit extreme - but hey - it got our attention, now didn't it?) LOL
Also, FYI, there are as many ways to work around systems as there are systems. If one were to want to make a database of sample reports, one could certainly do it.
With that, I'll shut up and go back to work.
