how the Keystrokes are calculated. Are they calculated as actual keystrokes (tp = 2) or are they calculated based on final product keystrokes (tp = the patient = 10). I would think they would be calculated as the final product, which would be totalled after each document is completed. If that is the case, I would think the pay would be very fair, as you would be paid for everything you type versus not being paid for spaces, returns, etc. |
