I would talk to your PS. In the meantime, you can log into DocQmanage (click on statistics if not already showing). Select details from select report type, select date(s) you wish to view, click run report, click on whatever internal job ID you want to look at, in job views click go, then click open and you will see the report you typed. Sometimes it takes several hours or even a whole shift for QA to correct the reports, and sometimes just an hour or so, it varies depending on what the turnaround time of the report is.


I write down the job number of any report I have left blanks in and where the blank is in the report, or any problems or questions I might have about format, and then the next day go in and look at the corrected report. This is also a good way to get samples for difficult dictators after the report has been corrected by QA, much quicker than waiting on QKL to send requested samples.
