a savings in payroll based on the increased use of speech recognition. Oh, I am no fan of lawyers, but to me, somebody should be able to use this contradictory information to prove as MTs that we are not making more $$, or even the same $$, via ASR. If the company is posting savings in payroll, is that not then proof that MTs are making less? They can't have it both ways, can they? Insisting that we are making more $$ via ASR, thus the justification for slashing our line rate for ASR work. Is anybody interested in this? We should be. |
