But, I am like you. With it sounding like they are watching more of our every move (so to speak), it makes me feel kinda trapped. I do not see why they have to be so strict with schedules. I don't know about everyone else, but I feel more like working and trying harder when I don't have to worry so much about set hours (probably just a psychological thing I guess, I don't know). I work IC for another company and they don't have schedules or hourly quotas. They say as long as you get your lines per pay period you can take as long or as little as you want. Obviously if they can make their customers happy that way, it seems like MQ could do the same.
