Personally, I appreciate this current supervisor for attempts at being pleasant and personal. Unfortunately, the email has caused me to start sending out my resume. I just feel like they are expecting a lot from all of us that they have thrown into the cesspool. I have been in the cesspool since I started working for MQ. There is no way I can hit 150/hr. The only time I have accomplished it was the 1 or 2 days that I actually got my primary account all day long. And as far as the schedules go, I feel like I need to get away from my computer for a while so I don't throw the dang thing across the room after spending the majority of my time in the cesspool. If they can't deal with that, then I can't deal with the cesspool and the crappy line counts.
