I wonder if they even know what their plan is. I hated to leave. I was making good money at one time and really liked my job. The first hit was in January 2006. Then came July 2007. I lasted until September. My budget couldn't take the hit anymore. I cannot for the life of me figure out why they would let an MT leave who was with them for 10 years, had 20 years experience, was conscientious and dedicated, only to try to get them to come back a month later. What they are going makes no sense whatsoever. I even heard a couple of months back they were offering some people more money to come back. I don't know if that was true because I never got that far in the conversation when they called. I just said thanks, but no thanks. In spite of all that has happened, if things changed for the better(primary accounts, etc.) I might consider going back for the right money, but from what I read here, it has only gotten worse. It is truly sad what some people are going through here. |
