Wouldn't it make more sense to try to keep the employees they already have. It has to be costly to keep rehiring individuals with training, QA checks, etc., so why not listen to LEGITIMATE complaints that the good/qualified MTs have that they have on board already. I do believe we are losing good MTs that are willing to work their schedule, work diligently if they had consistent work a primary account with maybe 1 or 2 for backup like we used to have. I for one am a fortunate one but feel for some you. |
