I have thought about escalating it before, but was afraid of making PS mad at me and more likely to be rude.  I am kind of afraid to contact anyone higher than her because I don't want to make trouble or risk my own job...how hard is it to get fired from MQ?  I will contact whomever is above her though, and forward on some messages she has sent me.  Actually, I hear from her very little other than the mass MQ e-mails she sends on, but when I have gotten responses, they are always pretty rude-sounding.
