Please email your supes' manager,the director, and the VP of service delivery. If you do not know who these people are, email mtquestions to ask . Send them all an email that details all of your issues and provide specific examples. If possible, attach some of the emails that your supe sent to you that demonstrates that he/she is being rude so they can see it in black and white. Request to be changed to another supervisor. Plead your case well and back it up with proof...you should not have a problem.
