I just took the time to send an email to support, as discussed in the MT News.  They want a lot of information!  I supplied it all, and did my best to describe problems I am having with one particular doctor/work type.  I've been making the same corrections over and over.  So do you think it did any good? or am I just 10  minutes closer to death?
