either by praising and rewarding the good, and Performance Managing and eventually letting go the bad, then this would be a better place for all of us to work. I personally do not read over every report and do not feel the need to do so. If QA audits were regular and they pointed out a lot of mistakes to me, then I might be more inclined to proofread, but until then, I will continue to do as I have done for 14 years. As for ASR, I do not mindlessly listen to ASR as I am editing it, and therefore I do not feel the need to go back over it either.
Did anyone hear from PS as I did about yearly reviews and possible yearly raises? This was supposed to have started by now according to our conversation in October. I personally have failed myself by not asking for a raise sooner, and now have been asking for over a year. The frustrating part is I have not been told no, just not given a raise either. I feel strung along and if I do get a raise and its only 3%, I will be insulted and looking elsewhere. I am currently make less than 7.5 cpl after being with MQ for over 8 years and MT for 14. |
