Hah, my stepfather would slap me one, if he could, for my equating a ''ship'' with a ''boat.''  ;) Anyway, I think it's just going to get worse and worse.  There are so many ESL docs now (I read somewhere upwards of 60-70% at this point?) because of the crisis in terms of lack of American doctors, and there seems to be no plan to build more American medical schools and encourage more Americans to become doctors.  In other words, the doc shortage just seems to lead to more and more behind-kissing of whomever they can get.
