I don't understand,either, why they aren't more concerned about our production. How can we produce under these circumstances and when they cater to every little whim of the medical records dept. at some of these hospitals. Most of the stuff is so ridiculous and has nothing to do with patient care. I am tired of spending three hours earning $7 or $8 because of this stuff. Why do they even accept accounts that are so difficult? Nobody else wants to do them, but MQ is only interested in what will bring in the bucks for them - not us.
I work in an account that NEVER has anything but the MR#, so every single report has to be researched among other nonsensical chores.
