It's strange to me that either the account # or the MR# are there, and nothing comes up. I also had one where the doc dictated a different acct. #, and all I got was that errror box--simething about too many searches. I don't recall what it says, but it's just not logical. I, too, hate sending a perfectly good report to yet one more stop just because of a number not coming up. I know it can always be worse: it could look like Swiss cheese!
On 2 of them in particular the number entered had a black box or dot next to it instead of a red one, and it wouldn't let me change it. At least one of them was for the current date. So it goes... |
