Usually I think some drs use MR# in Billing # area or visa versa and also as someone else stated, they only go back so far. Too, I think if there is more than 1 date of service, then that applies as well.  I have a headache everyday now, reading CPs, trying to remember AAMT guidelines, etc.  Definitely can't see how they would expect us to all keep it straight.  I spend so much time on the ADTs, sometimes as long or even longer than actually typing the report, AND we don't even get paid for it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ok, I think I feel a little better.  Sorry
