new hires are required to learn both. (Yes, we all know that a few who are lucky are getting away with not having to do ME). What I cannot find in writing why we are deducted 30% for ME. I hear a lot about it, but I do not see it in writing anywhere. I also thought a few months ago or a year ago it was more or less? I believe it is in the manual, but I thought it was supposed to be posted on Qnet. Does anyone know where it is documented in writing (besides manual) so I can send this to someone who might be able to fight for our wages. Also in my state, it says I am required a 10 minute break paid by employee after two hours and yet I thought we were supposed to sit and type away and if we need to take a break, then we are to punch out so it will not hurt our production. Correct me if I am wrong, but sounds like a . . . . well, I do not want to start anything. Just getting my facts together to get ready to fight for us. |
