there is a question about why our line rate was reduced to 70%. In the explanation about productivity being increased by 20 to 33%, it also says that there will also be another productivity increase of 5% in July.
These FAQs were updated 7/2/07. Do they mean that in July 2008, we will have a 5% increase in productivity of ASR, so that will be another 5% decrease of line rate pay? I have been trying to figure if this is what is meant. Any ideas? |
