I hadn't read posts this morning, so I read yours just now. The problem is that we will never, ever get enough MTs to agree to a 1-day strike or anything. What about that highly publicized strike the truckers were going to do? Fizzled. So, the reality is we will not unite, I'm afraid. But here is my idea: What if we *bill* them for all the ADT/CC characters we don't get paid for. For myself, I would just make up an average for ADT and CC. We all would have different averages because obviously a lot of you folks have to input a lot more freebie stuff. Once a month we submit our *bills* to our supervisor and manager. Well, before you flame, I'm not saying it will WORK, I'm just saying it is an idea. ;) PS. I don't know what I would do if I had to input vitals or other medical data on the ADT screen. I think I would find that phone number of the person who invited us to write her a letter a while back and make use of it - that is ridiculous!
