I don't think anyone intentionally puts the wrong info in there but sometimes what is dictated is not correct and my group actually has had conference calls and told these mistakes could get us fired. And as far as the job I signed up to do, honestly the job I have now does not even resemble one tiny bit the job I signed up to do 10 years ago, so much has changed....
