are not paid for ADT information, they why are we dinged when there are mistakes made. We are dinged on it the same way we are in regular reports. Everyone makes mistakes, but if you are not watched or audited then those mistakes continue. You are responsible for any information you transcribe or put in the ADT yourself, no one else, and just like if you transcribe 1 wrong word in a report it can change the entire meaning of a sentence which can create problems, mistakes on the ADT screen can impact on how soon a report makes it to where it needs to be.
The ADT screen is just as important as the actual document itself, and if mistakes are made why not count them the same as those in the report.
I know there are MTSOs that pay for ADT info, my IC job does, but a lot don't. And also, there are several companies around now that do not pay for spaces.
All I was trying to say was just because we are not PAID to fill in the ADT, it effects the record itself and should be audited and evaluated just like the document itself. IMO. |
