Put a computer, phone, stapler, pens/pencils on each desk. We are now just part of the office equipment necessary to produce their product.
I still love working from home, still love my main account which I get at least 80 to 90% of the time. For those reasons I guess I just time in and time out at the correct times until retirement comes (which is actually not too far in the future).
I think they are figuring if they ignore our complaints long enough, enough people leave and new ones come in who don't know the pooling was ever any different that eventually we will be working like a well oiled machine and will have forgotten how much enjoyment and profit we used to reap from our work.
I am too old to be PMSing, guess it is just old age grouchies today.
