Every morning regardless of what time the last H&P or consult was that I did whether it be 12:00 midnight or 4 in the morning, right at around 6-6:30 a.m. it's as if the whole system gets dumped on Monday morning and many days all the way up until Friday.
I have several hospitals in my group, but I'll be working on my main primary from say a report done at 2 in the morning at say 6 in the morning and suddenly, poof, the next report to come up isn't even in our BOB and when the email for job updates goes out a few minutes later, which is fairly consistent, the system is generally wiped clean,

It's like someone's dumping all the jobs somewhere else at a specified time. This has been going on for a few months, highly suspicious to me. |
