I'm a newbie starting in a few days and am bound and determined to start off as productive as I can and keep the frustration level as low as I can. I'm assuming I'll deal with tons of accounts; what's the best way to organize the info?
I also have my radio tuned to soft rock, my timer to remind me to get up for a few minutes every hour, and even bought a shiny new ergonomic keyboard.
Any other suggestions to keep me productive and QA happy? |
